Is there a device to require a code to dial out on a business phone?
I own a fast food restaurant and my 60+ employees all feel the need to use my business phone to place personal phone calls. Is there a device that will require a passcode or PIN number to dial out but allow business-related calls in without an issue?
There are external toll/dial restrictors that you install one per line. If you have a phone system, like the Panasonic TA-824, it can be programmed to restrict all calls and you need a code to access an outside line, except for 911 and specific allowed numbers.
We have installed several TA-824′s in the restaurant environment.
