how can i withdraw paypal?

i have started a small business over the internet and i need to be able to offer paypal as a payment method to my clients.
Problem is: i am from Romania – paypal recently accepted Romania but only to send money, not to receive or withdraw.
Does anyone know how to work around this issue?
I think paypal is the only solution for my website, i’m selling a service so i need my customers to be able to pay fast and secure. My target market is mostly from the USA.

You may need to check into WorldPay. I know someone in Prague who had the same problem and they had to switch to Worldpay to be allowed to work it both ways.

They’ve been very happy with the results.
