How do i let my Wireless Internet in through my firewall?

Sometimes when i play games, and then pull up another web page to check my email for example, everything loses connection, the 2 blue computers in the bottom right show a yellow exclamation point inside the triangle and i have to wait 5 or 10 minutes, or just flat out plug in the ethernet cable directly into the laptop, i’m running windows vista, and have the windows firewall.

its not your firewall if it could block you internet you would not get on line with out unblocking it firewalls don’t work like that,there be a hot line help page on the net for you ,who you get you net of ,ask them is best,go to there home page,but sound like you to far from your internet box,try moveing nearer to it
